I bought my first canoe from Carl 25 years ago, and have not been able to break the habit, which would explain the 15 boats in my garage. Having paddled a wide variety of canoes and kayaks in all sorts of water and conditions I have come to appreciate the different needs and styles of our customers. If you are thinking of a particular type of paddling, I have probably done something stupid in that area at least once if not twice.Making sure that our customers have the right boat and equipment for them is my only goal, that and having alot of fun getting there. My home is one block from the Sugar River, and fifteen minutes from about 2,000 acres of wildlife area north of Albany. Getting out into that environment is my safety line to life. Watching the changes that the seasons bring to the rivers and wildlife, along with the changes in the the actual rivers, and myself is what it is all about to me.
